We will endeavour to ship your order on the same day that we receive it.

However, if we are out of stock of your size, there may be a delay of one or two days.
If there is going to be a significant delay in stocking posting your order we will call you on the number you have provided and let you know.

Customer Collection
If the delivery address you provide at Checkout is on the UK mainland, you will be offered the opportunity to collect your purchases from our St Albans shop. Just select the ‘Collect from Store’ option at the checkout and we will reserve your order for collection. You can add your own note on the Checkout page to let us know when you think you may be visiting the store to collect.

When you come to collect your order, please bring your Order Confirmation and a form of identification. Suitable identification includes a current passport, driving licence with a colour or black and white photograph or a UK National ID card. Someone else can collect your order on your behalf, but to prevent fraud the person you've nominated must bring along your Order Confirmation, your ID and photographic ID belonging to them.

Goods will be held for seven days. If you have not been in to collect your order after this time, we will try to contact you by email. If after fourteen days we have not heard form you, and the goods remain uncollected, the order will be cancelled and the card used for the purchase will be refunded.
